Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items must be in their original packaging.
Sale items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
Swimwear and intimates are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
Pack your items securely and drop off at any USPS or UPS location.
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.
To request an exchange, email support@nivelleshop.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
