Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Sale items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Swimwear and intimates are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at support@nivelleshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.

  • Pack your items securely and drop off at any USPS or UPS location.

  • Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.

  • To request an exchange, email support@nivelleshop.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send photos of the item and packaging to support@nivelleshop.com.

  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items

  • Swimwear and intimates

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
